I have the honour to refer to your letter

of the 14th July 1938 No.1319/38 with regard to the

expenditure incurred by His Majesty's Government in

connection with Czechoslovak nationals evacuated to Hongkong

in August 1937 and to enquire whether you are yet in a

position to repay the expenditure in question.
